What PCB is
Project Circle Browser is a circular browser for Mac and a minimalist
web window for keeping one user-chosen page visible beside your work. It
loads user-entered URLs and searches in a single WKWebView,
with rim drag, hover-revealed controls, transparent click-through
corners, and three size presets.
PCB is not a Chrome or Safari replacement. It has no tabs, no sync, no extensions, no password manager, and no account.
Quick answers
- How do I enter a URL? Press
Command-L, type a URL or search words, then press Return. - How do I move the window? Drag it by the circle's rim or any visible control. The inside of the page keeps your clicks for links and text selection.
- How do I keep it above other windows? Use
Shift-Command-P, or open Settings withCommand-,and enable Always on Top. - Why does a page feel cramped? Try
Command-2orCommand-3for a larger circle, or open the page in your default browser withShift-Command-O. - Where are my tabs? There are none, on purpose. PCB keeps one page beautifully; your default browser is one shortcut away.
